Description

Schecter Model-T Session Electric Bass in Aged Natural Satin Finish

The Model-T Session delivers a slim, fast neck profile in a lightweight swamp ash body that sits comfortably across the chest and responds immediately to aggressive playing. This 34-inch scale, bolt-on design balances precision intonation with the resonance and sustain that working musicians depend on. The aged natural satin finish shows the wood grain while resisting fingerprints and daily wear.

Playability & Construction

A thin C-shaped maple neck with graduated thickness (.826" at the first fret, .905" at the twelfth) accommodates both fingerstyle and pick playing without hand fatigue. The 22 Narrow X-Jumbo frets sit on a 12-inch fretboard radius for clean note definition and smooth position shifts, while Grover Vintage Bass 142 tuners lock in stability across all four strings.

Tone & Electronics

Dual EMG active pickups—a J-style bridge pickup and P-style neck pickup—route through a 2-band active EQ (bass and treble) with master volume and blend controls, all powered by an 18-volt battery compartment. This electronics package delivers punchy lows, clear mids, and controlled treble without passive signal loss.
