Mixing & I/O Architecture

Built with 24 recallable mic preamps plus 4 line inputs feeding 66 input processing channels, the Si Expression 2 scales up for multi-band setups while preserving signal integrity from source to output. Additional AES input, 64x64 expansion slot, and 16 balanced line outputs with AES output and optional expansion give you routing flexibility whether you're running pure analog, digital, or hybrid workflows.

Processing & Effects Engine

Every input channel packs high pass filter, input delay, gate, compressor, and four-band EQ—the tools you need to shape and control raw sources before they reach the mix. The console houses four stereo Lexicon FX processors based on the MX400, plus 14 configurable aux/group mixes, 4 matrix mixes, and 4 Lexicon FX buses, giving you creative depth for effects sends, submix splits, and monitor builds.
