What is the main functional difference between these two products?

Are both products compatible with standard equipment sizes?
The NMX-VRK accommodates dual NMX-ENC encoders or works with Enzo and Solecis switchers via an adapter. The HPX-AV102-USB-R cartridge fits AMX Hydraport HPX-600, HPX-900, HPX-1200, HPX-1800 bases and Hydraport Touch 7-inch and 10-inch models—not interchangeable form factors.

The NMX-VRK is entirely passive and requires no power. The HPX-AV102-USB-R includes an 8-foot under-table pigtail for power and control signal routing but is not actively powered itself.
