Shipping Policy

We will ship out all products in your order within 24-48 hours after receiving your order.  If, for some reason, your product is on back order, we will notify you of the possible delay as soon as we confirm your order.  Please note, we only ship to the address that matches with your credit card billing address to protect both our store and our customers against fraudulent activities.  Shipping time can be anywhere from 1-5 days depending on how far you reside away from our warehouse in Southern California.  Since most of our products are relatively high value, we will require your signature on delivery.

Most of our products include free or discounted ground shipping and will apply only to customers within US 48 mainland states.  Customers from Hawaii, Alaska, other US territories and/or outside of US, please contact our team for a shipping quote before purchasing our products.  Please note, all shipping quotes do not include any custom tax/fee, so it would be the buyer's responsibility to pay custom taxes/fees to your country as we do not collect those taxes/fees.

Shipping outside the US and Canada

We are an authorized dealer for the United States and Canada. If you live elsewhere and ask us to ship to you, our checkout accepts addresses in a limited list of countries with UPS Worldwide Expedited at our published rates, payment by PayPal only, and acceptance of the International Order Terms (manufacturer warranty valid only in the US and Canada, returns at your cost, import duties, taxes and carrier fees collected by UPS on delivery, prices in US dollars).
