. Description
Sound & Tone
Mahogany neck-thru construction with a maple neck and Macassar ebony board gives this V a thick low end, long sustain and a tight, focused attack, while the 25.5" scale keeps low tunings defined rather than muddy. The Fishman Fluence Modern set covers a wide span, with the ceramic bridge pushing hard, saturated high-gain rhythm and cutting leads, the alnico neck warmer for melodic solo work, and the push-pull voice switch pulling out clearer, more articulate clean and edge-of-breakup sounds. Best suited to extreme metal, thrash and technical riffing where fast picking, string-thru tuning stability and note separation under heavy distortion matter most.
ESP LTD HEX-6 Nergal Guitar – Black Satin B-Stock
The symmetrical V-shaped body and neck-thru construction deliver aggressive ergonomics built for speed and sustain during extended playing sessions. This signature instrument combines dark aesthetics with professional-grade hardware and electronics, engineered for the precision demands of extreme metal performance.
Playability & Construction
Neck-thru mahogany body with a three-piece maple neck provides enhanced sustain and stability across the 25.5" scale. The Macassar ebony fingerboard features 24 extra-jumbo frets and a thin U neck contour that cuts through fatigue on fast runs and complex riffs, delivering the comfort and speed needed for demanding live sets.
Tone & Electronics
Fishman Fluence Modern Humbuckers with alnico neck and ceramic bridge pickups offer multiple selectable voices via push-pull volume control, giving you articulate cleans and brutal high-gain distortion in a single instrument. The TonePros locking TOM bridge with string-thru-body construction and LTD locking tuners lock in your tuning through the most aggressive attacks and dive bombs, keeping intonation rock-solid night after night.

As a B-Stock instrument it carries a minor factory cosmetic blemish — a small finish mark with no effect on playability, tone or structure — which is why it sells for less than a first-quality unit. The exact blemish varies from unit to unit, so it is not described or pictured here; photos show the model, not the individual unit. It is new, unplayed and covered by the full manufacturer warranty.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does B-Stock mean, and will it affect sound or playability?
B-Stock means the unit is new and unplayed but carries a minor factory cosmetic blemish—typically a small finish mark. It has zero effect on playability, tone, or structure, comes with the full manufacturer warranty, and is why it sells for less than a first-quality model.
Is this guitar suitable for jazz or blues?
No. The HEX-6 Nergal is engineered specifically for metal, thrash, and djent. Its aggressive voice palette, tight sustain, and brutally bright ceramic-driven bridge pickup are voiced for extreme genres, not jazz or blues repertoires.
How do the Fishman Fluence pickups work, and can I dial in clean tones?
The Fluence Modern Humbuckers feature alnico in the neck and ceramic in the bridge, with multiple selectable voices accessed via the push-pull volume control. You can switch between voices to achieve articulate, dynamic cleans as well as brutal high-gain distortion tones.
What's included with the guitar?
The HEX-6 Nergal comes with a V-Alexi Form-Fit Deluxe ESP Case, locking tuners, a TonePros locking TOM bridge with string-thru-body design, and active electronics with master volume and toggle switch.
Will this guitar stay in tune during aggressive playing?
Yes. The combination of LTD locking tuners, TonePros locking bridge with string-thru-body construction, and the neck-thru mahogany body ensure maximum tuning stability and intonation precision even during fast, aggressive riffs and solos.
Do I pay sales tax on this order?

Marketplaces such as eBay, Reverb and Amazon collect sales tax in nearly every state as marketplace facilitators no matter who the seller is, so the same item at the same price costs less bought direct.
