Schecter C-7 Seven-String Guitars

Pick up a C-7 and the first thing you notice is that it keeps the C-shape double-cutaway body players already know, then adds a seventh string for low-end authority. On stage, that extra string is what lets a chugging riff in a drop tuning stay heavy and defined, which is why it is a go-to for modern metal and djent.

At LV Guitars, the range is easy to read by how you play. The C-7 Deluxe is the gigging workhorse, and a left-handed version means lefties aren't left out of the seven-string game. The C-7 FR SLS Elite is the one to look at if you want the Floyd Rose-style tremolo for dives and squeals, and finishes like Satin Black and Blood Burst suit a dark stage look.

With prices from about $449 up to $1,699, you can step into extended-range playing or add a serious upgrade to your rack of guitars. Collectors and working players alike get a focused, purpose-built seven-string line.
