All Schecter →Schecter E-1 Series Guitars - frequently asked questions
Is the Schecter E-1 a good guitar for metal and high-gain rock?
Yes, the E-1 is built for that job. It is Schecter's Explorer-style angular electric, with an aggressive silhouette aimed squarely at high-gain rock and metal. Several editions share the same sharp body shape, so you can choose the finish and feature set that suit your playing and your look.
What editions and signature models are in the Schecter E-1 series?
The series is organized into the E-1 Custom, the E-1 FR S, the Przym and the Electro-Resin versions, each with its own twist on the same body shape. Signature models include the Sin Quirin and Patrick Kennison versions, a natural pick for fans of those players. Finishes include Vintage Sunburst, Satin Black, Trans Purple Burst, Green Burst, Red Reign and Gloss Black.
Does the Schecter E-1 come in left-handed versions, and is there B-Stock?
There are currently no left-handed E-1 models in the range. There is a B-Stock option: an open-box, discounted unit that is fully covered. Prices run across a fairly narrow band, with differences reflecting standard, special edition and signature models. Every instrument is set up and professionally packed before it ships.
