Schecter SLS Evil Twin Guitars & Basses

Walk on stage with an SLS Evil Twin and the message is simple: matte black, nothing extra, ready to work. At LV Guitars, this series speaks to gigging players who want an instrument that looks understated under the lights and does its job every night. Satin Black means no glossy surface to fight, just a clean, low-key feel.

The SLS slim-neck profile is the part your hands notice first. On the Evil Twin-5 bass, a slimmer neck helps you move around five strings through a long set without fatigue. Active EMG pickups bring a punchy, controlled output that holds up against loud drummers and down-tuned guitars, which suits metal, hard rock and heavier alternative acts.

Left-handed players get a proper option in the Evil Twin-5 LH, which is not always easy to find. The lineup spans about $1,649 to $1,699 and includes a B-Stock bass, a sensible route for players and collectors who want this particular spec in the case.
