Schecter Tori Ruffin Signature Guitars

Tori Ruffin earns his living on stage with Freak Juice and Morris Day and The Time, and this Schecter signature is built around that world. The Freak Juice Traditional wears a Juice Burst finish on a Traditional body, and it is the kind of guitar that looks the part under stage lights while you lock into a groove.

With single-coil pickups, the voice leans toward the snap and clarity that funk rhythm work and soulful lead lines call for. Gigging players who live in tight, rhythmic bands will appreciate that kind of definition cutting through a full stage mix. Left-handed players have their own Freak Juice Traditional LH, which is not always the case with signature models.

Pricing sits between about $1,299 and $1,349, a sensible range for a professional-level signature that doubles as a collector's piece. LV Guitars stocks the series for players who want an instrument tied to a real working musician.
