Wiring: factory lead wiring varies by model. Each product page states whether that pickup ships 1-conductor or 4-conductor; where a 4-conductor version is not the stock build it is a special order (about 3 weeks, extra cost).

Seymour Duncan Alternative 8 Pickups - frequently asked questions
What is the difference between the Seymour Duncan SH-15 and TB-15 Alternative 8?
The difference is the format. The SH-15 is the standard humbucker size for regular humbucker cavities, while the TB-15 Trembkr is made for guitars with trembucker spacing. Tone approach is the same Alternative 8 family, so choose by your guitar's pickup routing and spacing first.
What colors does the Seymour Duncan Alternative 8 come in?
The Alternative 8 is offered with black, white, zebra and reverse zebra bobbins in both the SH-15 and TB-15 Trembkr formats. Color is purely a matter of looks, so you can match your guitar's finish or choose a contrasting zebra pairing for a more distinctive appearance.
How do I choose the right Alternative 8 pickup for my guitar?
Check your guitar's pickup spacing and cavity first. Standard humbucker routing calls for the SH-15, and trembucker-spaced guitars need the TB-15 Trembkr. Every pickup in the family sits in a narrow price band, so once the format fits, simply pick the bobbin color you like best.
