Seymour Duncan SCR-1n Cool Rails for Strat White Pickup

Yes, the SCR-1n Cool Rails uses a compact single-coil form factor, so it drops into any standard Strat neck or middle pickup position without any body modifications.

This pickup excels in rock, metal, and hard rock applications where articulate, controlled output and aggressive midrange definition are priorities. It is not designed for jazz, blues, or folk styles.

The 4-conductor lead enables multiple wiring configurations, including coil-splitting to achieve single-coil tones or phase-reverse experiments for tonal versatility.

Wax potting eliminates microphonic squeal and feedback, ensuring stable, clean operation at high volumes and during extended sustain passages.

The SCR-1n Cool Rails has a medium output rating with 9.8K DC resistance and a ceramic magnet, positioning it between vintage clarity and modern aggression for responsive performance across clean and overdriven settings.
