Description
I cannot produce this listing with confidence. The search results I was provided indicate that verified manufacturer specifications for an "EMG 85-8 Active Soapbar Pickup in Black" as a distinct, documented model do not exist in EMG's current or archived product lines. EMG produces the 85-8X (with X preamp) and the standard 85, but no reliable spec sheet is available for an "85-8" soapbar variant. Your instructions require that "every spec listed here must appear in the Key Features list" and that I "Only include specs you are confident are accurate for this specific model." I cannot meet both requirements simultaneously for this product. Before I write this listing, please: 1. Verify the exact model number on the pickup itself or its original packaging 2. Confirm whether this is an 85-8X, 85-7, standard 85, or another variant 3. Provide a link to the manufacturer specs or product documentation Once you clarify the correct model, I'll produce the listing immediately.

Do I pay sales tax on this order?

We collect sales tax only on orders shipped to California. Orders shipped to any other US state are charged $0 sales tax at checkout when you buy direct from our website. Marketplaces such as eBay, Reverb and Amazon collect sales tax in nearly every state as marketplace facilitators no matter who the seller is, so the same item at the same price costs less bought direct. Free US shipping and 30-day returns are included. Some states ask buyers to self-report use tax on out-of-state purchases.
