Sound & Tone
Alder wings and a neck-thru maple neck give this V a bright, punchy voice with strong midrange and long sustain, while the 25.5" scale and Macassar ebony board keep fast riffing articulate and tight. The single bridge-position EMG HZ F-H2 ceramic humbucker is a high-gain, presence-forward pickup, so palm-muted rhythm work stays defined and lead lines cut through dense mixes, with the scalloped upper frets and Floyd Rose 1000 adding room for wide bends and dive-bomb effects. Best suited to metal and technical lead playing, particularly players who want one aggressive lead sound and a simple volume-only control layout.
