Does the Evertune bridge really keep the guitar in tune?

Yes. The Evertune F-model bridge is engineered to maintain perfect intonation across the fingerboard regardless of how hard you play or how extreme your tuning drops. It eliminates the tuning drift that typically happens with dynamic playing, making it ideal for studio sessions and live sets where retuning between songs or takes is impractical.

What skill level is this guitar for?

This is an intermediate-to-professional instrument. The thin U-profile neck, extra-jumbo frets, and 24.75-inch scale suit players with solid technique and experience handling aggressive playing styles. It's engineered for drop tunings and modern metal/hard-rock techniques, not beginner foundations.

What genres is this guitar best suited for?

Metal, hard rock, and progressive music are the sweet spot. The articulate EMG pickups and tight sustain excel in these contexts. Jazz, folk, and clean-tone-focused genres are not the guitar's intended voice.

What pickups come with this guitar?

An EMG 60TW-R brushed chrome neck pickup with pull-tone splitting and an EMG 81 brushed chrome bridge pickup. The 60TW-R delivers articulate definition, while the 81 provides aggressive low-end punch and high-output clarity for heavy playing.

Will this guitar work with standard and drop tunings?

Yes. The 24-extra-jumbo stainless steel frets, 350mm fingerboard radius, and set-thru mahogany neck construction handle both standard and extreme drop tunings reliably. The Evertune bridge keeps perfect intonation across any tuning you use.

Review by Chris

The guitar is a fine instrument! The guitar came without any visible damage marks or blemishes that would lead me to think it was a "B-Stock Item", although I'm very pleased that I was afforded the discount. The guitar came quickly and was carefully packaged in two boxes.
I may buy another soon to use as a backup on the road. I am a very happy customer. Thanks Studio Gears ... Thanks ESP !!!
