Description
Martin VDO Sceptron Square Smoked Diffuser 320mm
The Martin VDO Sceptron Square Smoked Diffuser is a field-replaceable optical accessory engineered to soften and spread light output from Martin Professional's VDO Sceptron linear LED video fixtures. The smoked finish provides a balanced reduction in intensity while maintaining color fidelity, making it essential for close-proximity work or applications requiring even, diffused illumination without hot spots.
Optical Properties & Light Control
This square diffuser clips directly onto VDO Sceptron fixtures to scatter emitted light across a wider spread pattern. The smoked composition reduces peak brightness while preserving the fixture's output uniformity—critical for live broadcast, interview setups, or any gig where direct LED output would create unwanted shadows or excessive contrast on talent or stage elements.
Compatibility & Installation
Designed as a snap-on accessory for Martin VDO Sceptron linear LED modules, this diffuser integrates seamlessly into existing rigs without tools or modification. The 320mm module length matches the fixture's standard dimensions, ensuring proper optical alignment and coverage across the entire light source for reliable, repeatable deployment across multiple venues.
