Schecter Demon Guitars for Heavy Players

The Demon is the guitar a lot of metal players reach for when they are ready to leave the beginner tier behind. The arched top gives it a purposeful look under stage lights, and the dark quilted finishes in Satin Black and Aged Black Satin keep it understated rather than flashy. With prices running from about $599 to $999, it is a realistic step up for a gigging player on a budget.

Active Duncan Designed pickups are the heart of the series, built to stay tight and defined under heavy gain, which is what you want when the whole band is loud. Choose the Demon-6 for a standard setup, or the FR and FR-S models if you lean on a Floyd Rose for dives and flutter. The Demon-7 and Demon-8 serve players who live in drop tunings and want extra low range on stage, and the S-II gives you another body option in the family. Left-handed players are covered on select models too.

LV Guitars carries the Demon range for players who want a dependable metal workhorse without stepping into premium pricing. Pick by string count and bridge, then see how it feels in your hands at rehearsal volume.
