The Lari Basilio Tele Neck is a hand-crafted single-coil designed to cut through on stage with articulate, balanced tone and refined sustain—delivering the note definition you need for live work without the excessive treble harshness that can muddy a mix. This signature model reflects Basilio's approach to neck pickup design, offering moderate output that pairs reliably with bridge pickups across a variety of tonal palettes, whether you're running vintage-voiced rigs or modern setups.
Electrical Specifications
Built on a 6.33k DC resistance platform, this pickup achieves its character through a thoughtful magnet configuration pairing Alnico 5 under the low strings with Alnico 4 under the high strings—a strategy that balances fundamental depth on the bass side while controlling brightness on the treble frequencies. The 3-wire cotton push-back cable ensures reliable signal transmission and clean installation.
Design & Construction
The gold cover provides both aesthetic appeal and shielding characteristics that contribute to the pickup's tonal profile.
