Description
Sound & Tone
The Fishman Fluence Modern set gives this Arrow a bright, percussive attack — the ceramic bridge pickup cuts hard for palm-muted riffing while the alnico neck stays clear and vocal for leads, and the pull-volume voice switching lets you move between tighter modern gain and a rounder tone. Neck-through construction with a mahogany body, Macassar ebony fingerboard and string-through TonePros bridge tightens the low end and pushes sustain, keeping fast passages defined rather than blurred. The 25.5" scale, stainless steel frets and compound radius suit hard rock, metal and technical fusion playing where note separation and clean bends matter.
ESP LTD ARROW-1000NT Charcoal Metallic Satin Guitar
The ARROW-1000NT is built for gigging musicians who demand rock-solid reliability and immediate playability. Neck-through construction creates a direct physical connection between your hands and the instrument, translating every nuance of your attack into explosive dynamics and pristine note separation. The streamlined body sits naturally at your side, responding with effortless agility through rapid-fire lead passages and chunky, palm-muted rhythms. Hard rock, metal, and fusion players will find this guitar delivers the articulate, naturally thin character that cuts through a live mix.
Playability & Construction
Neck-through architecture with a 3-piece maple neck and thin U contour ensures superior sustain and minimal neck joint resistance. The Macassar ebony fingerboard features 24 XJ stainless steel frets with a 300–400mm compound radius, accommodating both open position and high-fret bend work without compromise. A 42mm locking nut and LTD locking tuners maintain rock-solid tuning stability through aggressive playing and string bending.
Tone & Electronics
Dual Fishman Fluence Modern humbuckers—alnico neck and ceramic bridge—deliver bright, percussive modern clarity with switchable voice options via pull-volume controls. Active electronics with a master volume push/pull switch and three-way toggle provide flexible tonal shaping, while the recessed Tonepros locking TOM bridge with string-through design maximizes sustain and tonal transfer to the mahogany body.

Frequently Asked Questions
What makes the Fishman Fluence Modern pickups switchable, and how do I use the voice options?
The Fishman Fluence Modern humbuckers (alnico neck / ceramic bridge) feature switchable voicing via pull-volume controls. Each pickup can be voiced separately without sacrificing clarity, enabling quick tonal reshaping during a performance or recording session.
Is the ARROW-1000NT suitable for a player transitioning from a bolt-on guitar?
The neck-through construction, thin U-contour maple neck, and minimal joint resistance provide exceptional resonance and structural stability, making it ideal for intermediate to advanced players ready for a full-featured metal instrument. The 25.5" scale length and compound-radius fingerboard accommodate both aggressive bending and open-position voicings.
What hardware keeps tuning locked during hard bending and aggressive play?
A 42mm locking nut, LTD locking tuners, and a recessed Tonepros locking TOM bridge with string-through design work together to maximize tuning stability and tonal transfer through hard bending and rapid string manipulation.
How does the compound-radius fingerboard affect playability across the fretboard?
The 300–400mm compound radius (radiusing flatter as you move toward higher frets) ensures smooth, responsive fretwork across the entire 24-fret neck. This design accommodates both open-position voicings and high-fret bend work without compromise.
What finish does the ARROW-1000NT come in, and what is the overall appearance?
The guitar features a charcoal metallic satin finish with black hardware, delivering a modern, aggressive aesthetic suited to metal and hard rock aesthetics.
