Description
Sound & Tone
The 27" baritone scale and neck-thru mahogany body with maple cap give this seven-string a tight, focused low end that stays defined in drop and extended tunings, with long sustain and a bright edge from the maple cap and macassar ebony fingerboard. The Fishman Fluence Modern humbuckers push high-output, low-noise tone — a ceramic bridge for cutting, percussive rhythm attack and an alnico neck for warmer, rounder leads — while the push-pull voicing switches between distinct active characters for cleaner or more saturated work. It's aimed squarely at modern metal, djent, and progressive playing, where the EverTune bridge keeps intonation locked for heavy palm-muted riffing and tracking.
ESP LTD Arrow-1007BET Baritone Guitar in Black
The Arrow-1007BET pairs aggressive aesthetics with genuine playability across its extended 27" baritone scale. This neck-thru-body construction delivers the sustain and resonance you need for cutting through a mix on stage, while the reverse headstock and sleek black finish reinforce the instrument's modern metal-oriented design. As a used example, you're acquiring full ESP LTD build quality and electronics at a substantial discount from new pricing.
Construction & Hardware
Neck-thru-body construction with a mahogany body and maple cap ensures the sustain and tonal transfer that carries your playing through extended lower ranges. The EverTune constant tension bridge locks your tuning solid and maintains perfect intonation across the entire fingerboard, eliminating the tuning instability common to extended-range instruments—critical for reliability on stage and in the studio.
Playability & Electronics
The macassar ebony fingerboard with 24 extra-jumbo stainless steel frets responds to aggressive playing styles and sits comfortably under your hand during extended sessions. The Fishman Fluence Modern Humbuckers (ceramic bridge, alnico neck) deliver high-output tone with push-pull voicing controls that shape your attack across different playing contexts. Active electronics maintain consistent signal strength across extended lower tunings, essential for baritone performance.

Frequently Asked Questions
What tunings is this guitar designed for?
The Arrow-1007's 27-inch baritone scale is built for extended drop tunings and lower registers standard to metal and progressive music. The EverTune bridge maintains tuning stability across these extended-range tunings, eliminating the drift typical of conventional bridges on baritones.
What pickups does it have and can I change the tone?
It ships with Fishman Fluence Modern Humbuckers—ceramic bridge and alnico neck—paired with active electronics and push-pull voicing controls for tonal flexibility. The active system maintains consistent signal strength across the full baritone range.
Is the neck comfortable for aggressive playing?
Yes; the neck-thru-body mahogany construction with three-piece maple neck provides stability for aggressive picking, and the macassar ebony fingerboard with 24 extra-jumbo stainless steel frets is designed to handle fast alternate picking and extended techniques without wear.
How does the EverTune bridge work and why does it matter?
The EverTune is a constant-tension bridge that actively maintains tuning stability, eliminating the frequent retuning that plagues baritones and extended-range guitars in drop tunings. For live performance and studio tracking, this means fewer takes lost to tuning drift.
What is the scale length and string count?
The Arrow-1007 is a 7-string guitar with a full 27-inch baritone scale length, delivering the extended lower range required for metal and progressive tunings.
Do I pay sales tax on this order?
Sales tax is collected only on orders shipped to California; orders shipped to any other US state are not charged sales tax at checkout when you buy direct from our website. At a typical 7% rate that is an estimated $126 less at checkout than the same listed price on a marketplace, which collects sales tax as the facilitator in most states. Buyers remain responsible for any use tax their state applies. Free US shipping and 30-day returns are included.
