SABIAN Low Profile Crotale Bar – Low Octave Set
The SABIAN Low Profile Crotale Bar delivers a compact, manageable setup for players who need authentic crotale textures without the footprint of traditional full sets. This 13-disc low octave set covers the fundamental register of the crotale family with articulate, focused tones.
Sonic Character & Range
Tuned to A=442, this set spans from Low C to Middle C, providing the darker, resonant frequencies that anchor crotale passages in orchestral and contemporary music. The B20 bronze construction delivers the warm, bright attack characteristic of SABIAN's crotales, with sustain and clarity suited to both acoustic and amplified environments.
Design & Build
The steel-reinforced mounting bar stem ensures stable, rattle-free performance during extended sessions, while the countersunk center holes with recessed rubber caps protect the discs and reduce vibration transfer to the mounting hardware. The included stand/base provides a professional, ready-to-play setup straight out of the box.
