Description
Sound & Tone
The basswood body with quilted maple top gives an even midrange foundation with a bit of top-end clarity, and the pair of Schecter Diamond Plus humbuckers push articulate, punchy tones with strong sustain from clean chording to high-gain rhythm work. The 25.5" scale and string-through Tune-O-Matic bridge keep the low strings tight and defined, so palm-muted riffs stay percussive rather than muddy while the neck pickup rounds out for warmer lead lines. With 24 X-Jumbo frets and a flat 14" radius, it suits rock and metal players who need upper-register access for solos, though the simple volume, tone and three-way layout keeps it versatile across other styles as well.
Schecter C-6 Plus Electric Guitar — Charcoal Burst
The Schecter C-6 Plus sits in your hands with immediate comfort—a contoured basswood body topped in quilted maple pairs with a slim maple neck built for hours of playing without fatigue. The thin 'C' neck profile and 25.5" scale work with 24 X-Jumbo frets to nail aggressive lead lines and lock down tight rhythm parts across any style. The charcoal burst finish delivers real presence on stage, backed by practical chrome hardware that stays solid through regular gigging.
Playability & Construction
The bolt-on maple neck with rosewood fretboard and thin 'C' profile measures .787" at the first fret and .866" at the 12th fret—geometry that lets you lock in for marathon sessions without hand cramps. 24 X-Jumbo frets give you responsive, articulate attack, the 14" fretboard radius keeps bends controlled, and 4mm dot inlays cut through stage lighting. The 1.653" graphite nut ensures precise intonation hold and punchy string response, balanced perfectly across standard .010-.046 gauge strings at the 25.5" scale.
Tone & Electronics
Paired Schecter Diamond Plus pickups deliver the articulate, punchy voice that cuts through a band mix while maintaining excellent sustain and dynamic range. The Tune-O-Matic bridge with string-through-body design locks in tuning stability gig after gig, and the straightforward Volume/Tone/3-Way Switch layout with metal knurled knobs and set screws keeps tonal shaping intuitive—no hunting through menus, just direct control.
