Schecter Omen Extreme-4 bass in Black Cherry

The Omen Extreme-4 is designed for intermediate through professional players. Its thin 'C' neck and fast fretboard suit technique-heavy playing, while the responsive pickups reward controlled dynamics.

It competes with the Ibanez SR375 and Lakland Skyline 44-02 with a punchy mid-range and tight low end; the high-output Diamond Bass pickups make it especially suited to funk and rock where articulation and cut matter.

Bass ships factory-set with Ernie Ball Super Long strings, a Graph Tech nut, and full manufacturer warranty; the case is sold separately. A 9-volt battery is required for the active electronics.

The Omen Extreme-4 excels in rock, funk, and progressive music; it is not optimized for folk or worship settings where a warmer, more mellow tone is typical.

The thin 'C' profile measures 0.787 inches at the first fret and 0.866 inches at the 12th fret, offering a fast, modern feel. The 16-inch fretboard radius and 24 X-Jumbo frets support aggressive playing and smooth bends.
