Schecter Riot Basses for Gigging Players

Riot basses are built for the stage. The sleek offset body is made for players who move around, and the neck is designed to be fast, which matters when a set runs heavy and the tempo does not let up. Schecter built this line for rock and metal bassists who need to cut through loud guitars without losing low-end weight.

Choose between the Riot-4 for a classic four-string feel and the Riot-5 if you want the extended low range. Fishman or Schecter electronics give you a wide tonal palette from one instrument, so a single bass can handle a tight pick-driven track and a thick, fingerstyle groove. The Riot Session models in Aged Natural Satin offer a more understated look, and the FreeZesicle Riot-5 in Metallic White stands out on a dark stage.

With prices running from about $949 to $1,449, the range fits working bassists upgrading their main axe and collectors drawn to the finishes. LV Guitars has the current selection below, including Aurora Burst and Inferno Burst options.
