The neck pickup employs Alnico II rods with a 7.55k DC resistance for warm, articulate midrange and smooth sustain that sits well in a band context. The bridge pickup uses Alnico IV rods with a 7.44k DC resistance, providing snap and aggression with excellent note separation—exactly what you need to stand out in a live setting without losing clarity in the mix.

Design & Build

Both pickups feature single conductor cloth pushback cable for vintage-friendly wiring and road-tested reliability. The bridge pickup uses classic grey forbon flatwork, while the neck delivers period-correct flatwork construction. Every unit is handmade in Santa Barbara, California by Seymour Duncan's luthier team, ensuring meticulous assembly and tonal consistency you can count on.
