Ibanez Nita Strauss Signature Guitars - frequently asked questions
What is the Ibanez Nita Strauss JIVA guitar?
The JIVA is the centerpiece of the Ibanez Nita Strauss signature line, designed with the touring guitarist who plays for Alice Cooper and Demi Lovato. It has a compact S-shaped body with manageable weight and DiMarzio Pandemonium pickups. The JIVA10 in Deep Space Blonde is the model most associated with the series.
What is the difference between the JIVA10, JIVAX and JIVAJR?
All three belong to the Nita Strauss family but differ in feature sets and price points. Bridge options also vary: the Edge-Zero II tremolo suits dive-bombs and expressive whammy work, while fixed-bridge versions favor tuning steadiness and simpler setup. Check each listing in the grid for its exact specifications and current availability.
Is the Nita Strauss JIVA a good guitar for metal and hard rock?
Yes, hard rock, metal and modern lead players are the natural audience. The high-output approach with DiMarzio Pandemonium pickups suits aggressive playing, and the compact S-shaped body is easy to handle. B-Stock JIVA10 units in Deep Space Blonde are also available, open-box and discounted. Left-handed models are not currently offered.
