Wiring: factory lead wiring varies by model. Each product page states whether that pickup ships 1-conductor or 4-conductor; where a 4-conductor version is not the stock build it is a special order (about 3 weeks, extra cost).

Seymour Duncan Quarter Pound Pickups - frequently asked questions
What is the difference between the Seymour Duncan SSL-4 and SSL-7 Quarter Pound pickups?
Both are Quarter Pound replacement pickups for Strat-style guitars. The SSL-4 uses a flat-pole design, while the SSL-7 uses staggered poles. Which one suits you comes down to the pole-piece layout you prefer. Both are also offered in tapped and RWRP versions.
What does RWRP mean on Quarter Pound Strat pickups?
RWRP stands for reverse wound, reverse polarity. These versions are meant for the middle position of a five-way Strat setup, where they provide hum-cancelling when combined with the neighbouring pickups. Both the SSL-4 flat and SSL-7 staggered designs are available in an RWRP version.
Are there Quarter Pound pickups with coil-tap switching, and do they fit Tele guitars?
Yes. Models labeled "t" or "Tapped," such as the SSL-4t and SSL-7T, offer coil-tap switching. The range also covers Tele-style guitars, including the STL-3T Tapped Lead, Tapped Rhythm models and a full Tele set for neck and bridge. Every instrument ships free within the US.
